Hendrickson Hawks football team continues playoff march

December 5, 2008 – Pflugerville, TX – The Hendrickson High School football team (10-3) pulled off a narrow 31-30 victory over Port Lavaca Calhoun last week, led by running backs Kenny Williams and Marquese Dunn. Williams rushed for 184 yards and Dunn fought for 66 yards and scored two touchdowns. The Hawks will face the Kerrville Tivy Antlers (11-2) in a Class 4A regional final on Saturday, December 6 at Hays CISD's Shelton Stadium.  Kickoff is scheduled for 2:00 p.m.  A send-off celebration will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday morning at the Hendrickson High School fieldhouse. 

Tickets can be purchased in advance at the Hendrickson High School fieldhouse, $7 for adults and $3 for students. All tickets are $8 at the gate.  For more information, call the Hawks Athletic Office at 594-1150.  GO HAWKS!
