    Get the new year started off right with tips from personal trainer Kim Moser. Kim is a nationally Certified Fitness Trainer and Yoga Instructor with over 25 years of experience. Kim offers personal fitness programs and small group fitness training to all levels of fitness. Kim is passionate about helping people live a healthier life through yoga, meditation, and fitness training. With an emphasis on proper technique and having fun, her instruction focuses on overall fitness with strength training, flexibility training and cardiovascular training. Refreshments will be provided. Anyone 18 and up is welcome to attend.
