  • Spring Pfling - The 2016 date is to be announced. This family event will be held on the grounds of the facility and highlight the city's recreation programs and more.    
  • Clean Up Day  The City of Pflugerville Public Works Department will later announce the 2016 date for the next citywide date for residents to recycle and allow for proper disposal of items. Don't forget you can recycle many ithanz ems year-round at the city Recycle Center.    
  • Deutschen Pfest  -  The city's annual pfestival celebrating Pflugerville's Heritage: music of all kinds, food, arts & crafts fair, and carnival. Run in the 5K Race, watch the parade and enjoy a weekend out at Pfluger Park. Third weekend in May each year. Dates for 2016 are May 20 - 22.


  • Pfarmers Market - The regular shopping season runs each Tuesday, May through October at the Green Red Barn. Enjoy locally grown produce and prepared foods. Open on March 3, March 17, March 31, April 14 and April 28, 2015 before the regular weekly season begins on May 5. Special "pfestive" shopping days for the holidays in November and December shown below.
  • KIDFISH - June 4, 2016 - First Saturday in June - Bring the kids out to Lake Pflugerville for an exciting morning of fishing. The contest is catch-and-release. Prizes for the largest catches and highest fundraisers.
  • Music In The Park - Held every other Friday evenings in June through September. The 2015 seven-week season began with a Juneteenth focus on Friday, June 19. The season runs through Friday, Sept. 18, 2015.  Two bands per week in celebration of the city's 50th birthday year!
  • Lake Pflugerville Triathlon - Next event: June 19, 2016 - Third Weekend in June. Swim, Bike and Run! Not a runner? Come cheer on the competitors. A traditional Fathers Day event.
  • Pflugerville Pfirecracker Pfestival - Information about 2016 to be announced. Celebrate our nation's independence with a day of fun, swimming at the beach, food, family activities, bands throughout the day and a special patriotic concert after dark! Free shuttles to and from the lake. "Ride the Bus - It's a Blast!"
  • Pflugerville's 50th Birthday Celebration - Thanks to those who joined us for the celebration on July 24, 2015 at Music In the Park at Pfluger Park. Check out the night's details!

  • National Night Out - October 6, 2015 - Go outside and meet your neighbors! Register your party with the City and we'll come visit!        
  • Pfall Chili Pfest - Third weekend in October - October 17, 2015 - Who is the best chili cook in Pflugerville? Get out your chili pot and enter your own special recipe! The popular "Jalapeno Eating Contest" returns for a third year in a row. You just might own those bragging rights for the People's Choice and top cook awards! Lots of Pfun and Pfood in Downtown Pflugerville. 12 p.m. - 5 p.m.  
  • Pfall Pfest Craft Show - Always the third Saturday in November. Set for Nov. 21, 2015 - Pflugerville Recreation Center, 400 Immanuel Road. The Pfall Pfest is the best place in town to start your holiday shopping or find those one-of-a-kind items for a special friend. This juried show brings in the best-of-the-best vendors with a variety of quality handmade crafts. The vendor application process begins each year in late August.
  • Pfestive Pfarmers Market - Special holiday shopping days for the Thanksgiving and Christmas seasons. Tuesday, November 3 & 17, 2015, and Tuesday, December 1 & 15, 2015 at the Green Red Barn, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

  • Christmas Parade & Pfestival of Lights:  Saturday, Dec. 5, 2015. The city combines the annual Holidays at Heritage Park event with the traditional Knights of Columbus Christmas Parade downtown, and the downtown merchants will have special shopping sales! It will be an evening on Main Street filled with holiday floats, hot chocolate, carolers, Yule log and more.
  • Pfreeze Pflop  January 1, 2016. Are you brave enough to kick off your new year with a ride down the slide at Scott Mentzer Pool at this fifth annual event? (No, it isn't heated!) 10 a.m. Admission is a can of food to be donated to the local pfood bank.
