Subdivision
Overview:
The subdivision process is required for any piece of property within the City limits or the Extra-Territorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) proposed to be divided into two or more parts for the purpose of development. For property located within the ETJ, review by the applicable county jurisdiction is required in conjunction with City of Pflugerville's subdivision review.
The subdivision process has been streamlined through the adoption of the
Unified Development Code. The subdivision process in the City of Pflugerville follows a three step process:
- Preliminary Plat
- Construction Plan
- Final Plat
